Become a CHAMP Volunteer

CHAMP is truly a volunteer-driven organization.  Volunteers are the heart of every aspect of CHAMP.

Volunteer with the Therapeutic Program 

Every CHAMP lesson requires volunteers to lead the horse, assist with mounting and dismounting, or walk beside the horse to help keep the rider in position. A lesson with two riders and two horses could require six volunteers!

Are you looking for a great way to get your steps while making a difference?    If you can walk for 30 minutes and maybe jog a few steps, you can help someone experience the life-changing joy of riding.  No horse experience needed.  We will train you.

There are SO MANY ways to volunteer! Do the activities you love to do while you make new friends, enjoy the barn, horses, and fresh air and know that you are supporting a great cause.   Here’s how you can help:
